Vision
The Geographical Society of Central Himalayas (GSCH) aims to provide a platform for geography-centered academic interactions among faculties, scholars, stakeholders in development as well as representatives on respective issues in the government.
Mission
This society has the mission to percolate a progressive disciplinary spirit of geographical inquiries among students, research scholars and the faculties through refining tenets of fieldwork-based teaching along its various disciplinary dimensions in particular and education in general.
Aim of Society
The GSCH will contribute to the scientific knowledge craft (art), literature and teaching in the field of Geography as laid down in thirteen objectives of the society in its memorandum.
